Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Labor Hut. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Commission Charges

• Labor Hut will charge a 10% commission on any completed task or service.
• The service provider is responsible for paying this commission before crossing the payable amount limit using the payment method provided by Labor Hut.
• Failure to make the payment on time may result in penalties or suspension of the provider’s account.

2. Provider Responsibilities

• Service providers must have their own tools and accessories necessary to perform the tasks.
• Providers must have their own means of transportation, such as a bike, and a reliable internet connection to access the Labor Hut platform.
• Providers are responsible for arriving on time for ASAP bookings, within 2 hours of the booking confirmation.
• Providers must adhere to all relevant safety and legal requirements while performing tasks.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for supervising the service provider during the performance of the task.
• In the event of a cancellation after the provider has arrived at the location, the customer will be charged a penalty of 300 PKR.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service and must be available to coordinate with the provider as needed.

4. Liability and Information Disclosure

• Labor Hut will only provide the customer with the necessary details of the service provider, including the provider's name, contact number, and service history.
• In the event of any mishap or dispute, Labor Hut will provide the provider’s details to the customer, including the name, contact number, copy of ID, and address, to assist in resolving the issue.
• Labor Hut is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the performance of services. Both the provider and customer agree to hold Labor Hut harmless from any liability.

5. Amendments

• Labor Hut reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan.
