Cancellation Policy
At Labor Hut, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel a service. To ensure fairness to both customers and service providers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Before Service Provider Arrival:
- If you cancel a booking before the service provider has arrived at your location, there will be no cancellation fee charged.
- After Service Provider Arrival:
- If you cancel the booking after the service provider has arrived at your location, a cancellation fee of 300 PKR will be charged. This fee is to compensate the provider for their time and effort.
2. Cancellation by the Service Provider
- In rare cases where the service provider needs to cancel a booking, they must inform both Labor Hut and the customer as soon as possible.
- Labor Hut will make every effort to find a replacement provider for the customer. If a replacement is not available, the customer will have the option to either reschedule the service or cancel without any penalty.
3. Rescheduling a Service
- If you wish to reschedule a service, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation fees. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the service provider.
4. Refunds
- If a service is canceled by the customer before the provider’s arrival, and payment has been made in advance, a full refund will be processed.
- If a service is canceled after the provider's arrival, the cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
5. No-Show Policy
- If the service provider does not show up within the designated time frame and has not communicated any delay, the customer has the right to cancel the booking without incurring any cancellation fee. A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made.
6. Disputes and Exceptions
- If there is a dispute regarding a cancellation or if you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please contact Labor Hut's customer support. We will review the situation and make a determination on a case-by-case basis.
7. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
- Labor Hut reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our platform, and your continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the updated policy.
