Refund Policy
1. No After-Sale Service for Repairing Tasks
Labor Hut values the quality of the services provided by our skilled professionals. However, due to the nature of repair tasks, we do not offer any after-sale service, warranty, or guarantee for repairs completed through our platform.
- Once a repair task is completed and the customer confirms satisfaction, the transaction is considered final. No refunds, rework, or compensation will be provided for any issues arising after the task has been marked as complete.
2. After-Sale Service for Installation Tasks
Labor Hut is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with installation services provided through our platform. For installation-related tasks, we offer an after-sale service under the following conditions:
- Coverage Period: The after-sale service is available for a period of 24 hours from the time the installation task is marked as complete.
- Eligibility for Service: Customers must submit any complaints regarding the installation within 24 hours of task completion. Complaints received after this period will not be eligible for after-sale service or any form of refund.
- Resolution Process: Upon receiving a valid complaint within the 24-hour period, Labor Hut will coordinate with the service provider to address the issue. Depending on the nature of the complaint, this may include:
- Re-visiting the site to inspect the installation
- Correcting any faults or errors in the installation
- Exclusions: The after-sale service does not cover damages or issues caused by improper use, external factors, or tampering by the customer or third parties after the installation is completed.
3. Refunds
- Repair Tasks: As there is no after-sale service for repair tasks, no refunds will be issued once the customer confirms the task's completion.
- Installation Tasks: If a complaint is filed within the 24-hour after-sale service window and the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, Labor Hut may consider issuing a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.
This refund policy ensures that while Labor Hut stands by the quality of its service providers, it also clearly defines the limitations of after-sale service, particularly for repair tasks. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the work upon completion to ensure it meets their expectations.
